By deeply integrating multi-omics features sourced from TCGA — spanning gene expression, mutation, CNV, and methylation — with SynLethDB 2.0 knowledge graph containing over 1.4 million relationships, we ensure both the breadth of analysis and the precision required to capture cancer-specific mechanisms.
